WHERE IT ALL STARTS

Welcome to мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע. We are thrilled that you are going to be studying with us. It is an exciting time to further your skills and acquire new knowledge. This transition to higher education can be daunting, however, this is why it is important that you attend Orientation sessions to learn about how things work at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע, to meet your lecturers and fellow students. Orientation is also a chance for us to get to know you.

At Orientation you can expect to:

  • meet new people and make new friends.
  • find out about your classes.
  • meet your lecturers
  • settle into campus and study life.
  • discover a range of support services available to you.

Semester 2 2024, Orientation

We are excited to welcome commencing мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע students at our On Campus Orientation Day to be held on Wednesday 24th of July. We will also host tours this week if you would like to book via study@chc.edu.au

Semester 2 classes commence on Monday 29th of July 2024.

GETTING STARTED FAQ’S

мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע is located on the campus of Citipointe Church, which houses Citipointe Christian College, Citipointe Church and Rivers Café. мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע is located on the top of the hill diagonally opposite to the Citipointe Church auditorium and Rivers Café. Have a look at our Campus Map to help you navigate the campus.

We will have signs on the day directing you where to go and friendly faces to greet you and help you find your way.

Please note: there may be additional schoolÌýtraffic on the campus when registrations open.

To produce your student card, please email a clear head shot photo to: sadmin@chc.edu.au.

If you are an internal student, please collect your student card from the Student Administration office in E block when you are first on campus. If you are an external student, we will post your student card to you.

To enrol in your units you will need to log into your l. Here is a video tutorial of .

3 or 4 units are considered as a full-time load. 1 or 2 units are considered as part-time.

If you are in a Commonwealth supported place at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע, are an Australian citizen, a Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder, or a New Zealand Special Category Visa (who meets the relevant criteria) and have a sufficient HELP balance, you are eligible for FEE-HELP assistance.

If you are studying a pre-service Education course at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²ÊͶע, are an Australian citizen, a Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder, or a New Zealand Special Category Visa (who meets the relevant criteria) and have a sufficient HELP balance, you are eligible for HECS-HELP assistance.

To apply for FEE-HELP or HECS-HELP, complete the form that is available via the link sent directly to you from the Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE). If you do not receive an email from DESE by the end of Week 2, please contact Student Administration. Please ensure that you check the ‘Junk’ folder in your email program.

For FEE-HELP, you must submit this form no later than the census date of the first semester in which you want to access FEE-HELP. For HECS-HELP, you must submit this form no later than the census date of the first semester of enrolment in your course.

International students can access a dedicated session that provides information about the services that are available to help them adjust to study and life in Australia.
